Questions we get weekly

If yours is not here, WhatsApp is the fastest route to an engineer.

What is the minimum order?

For consumables, a mixed pallet is enough to start — usually around 2,000 pieces across sizes. For machines there is no minimum; a single unit ships with spares and commissioning support. Private-label runs start at one pallet per SKU because of print setup.

Can you print our own brand on the discs?

Yes. We print label artwork and cartons under your brand, and can register the spec against your SKU codes so repeat orders are identical. Send artwork as vector files with the safety text you are required to carry in your market.

How long does production take?

Stock sizes of cutting and grinding discs usually ship in two to three weeks. Flap discs and private-label runs take three to four. Machines are four to six weeks depending on power and automation, plus sea freight.

Do the discs meet EN 12413?

Our bonded abrasives are manufactured and speed-tested to EN 12413. Test certificates ship with each order, and we can arrange third-party verification if your market requires it.

What support comes with a machine?

Remote diagnostics over the machine's network connection, a spare-parts kit covering the first year of consumable wear, and video commissioning with your operator. On-site commissioning is available for larger installations.

Can you consolidate machines and consumables in one container?

That is the normal way we ship to distributors. Machines, spares, optics and disc pallets travel together with one set of export documents and one invoice.

Which disc should I use on stainless?

An iron-free cutting disc and a ceramic flap disc. Zirconia works on carbon steel but burns the surface of high-alloy stainless before it cuts. Tell us the alloy and thickness and we will specify it.

Still need an answer?

Tell us the alloy, the thickness and the volume, and we will specify it.
